Beautiful & Unique furniture
It’s all about making budget in that store , they don’t care about the customers or the staff. I worked there for around 4 months , and I can tell you that store is pure hell . The management team only care about looking good for when their superiors are visiting, their stuff is good but I wouldn’t waste my time and energy going into that store , I rather shop online than have to deal with those people.
Great store, but awful staff at natick mall store
Worst customer service experience of my life!!! Back in June, my home was destroyed by a flood and I literally had to start from scratch. I bought some furniture from Bob's Discount but also went to ZGallerie for some of my key pieces (dining room set, custom chairs, bed, etc.) I went into the store on July 15th to do my initial order. The manager Deb had done my paperwork incorrectly and said I needed to come back to redo it--she said she was new and they were still learning. At the time I ordered these pieces on July 15th, I was assured I would have all my furniture the first week of September. I went back to the store a few weeks later to redo the paperwork and added some pieces. Never once on the first or second visit was I told that some of the furniture was back ordered. And, I even made a point to ask Deb specifically if the additional items would cause a delay. Again, she specifically said "no problem"--which of course she did because I was spending $11,000. After a few weeks, I called the store because I hadn't heard anything about delivery and I was told only when I called them, that some items were back ordered. For days I was unable to speak to Deb because she was out sick. I left many message and no one returned my call and I kept getting a woman named Jenny who was incredibly rude. I finally called customer service and spoke with another woman Crystal Montgomery. Crystal initially tried to tell me that I was wrong and the order was only a few weeks old. I explained the entire situation and finally got her to agree to split the order so I could get the items that were ready delivered--or so I thought. A few more weeks go by, still have not spoken to Deb and finally got Steve from Natick to call me back. He let me know that my order would not be coming until late September/Early October---I was very upset and he said there was nothing he could do and I would have to call Customer Service--incredibly frustrating. So I called Customer Service and they told me I have to call the store. I have now been going back and forth for weeks--still have NO furniture, no answers and no hope. In stark comparison to this experience, I went to Bob's the same week in July, order my furniture, changed my order at least three times. They called me weekly to check on my flood, my situation and the manager was so easy and flexible in working with my delivery dates. The furniture arrived on Sept 8th as promised. The team assembled everything and took all the boxes away and the furniture is beautiful. In addition to not having my furniture and spending hours of my life going back and forth and being stressed, I was told if/when my furniture ever does come, they charge you extra for assembly and to remove the boxes--despite saying they had "white glove" service. This company is awful, their customer service is horrific and they are deceitful. I wish I never went into their store and I regret every shopping there and will never buy anything from them again.
