I bought a light fixture, was told "everything included, right out of the box." Turns out there was a part missing. I was told that I saw the light on display, so I was responsible. I guess I have a different understanding of everything included.

Great variety of pieces and they move in and out. The website is very informative and the salespeople are helpful. We've bought multiple pieces there. Only difficulty is if you live outside of their delivery zone you are responsible for moving your own pieces.
