We bought kitchen chairs from them, with a warranty and all kinds of promises of replacements, repairs if not satisfied. Within a year the chairs had lost their support, so we were basically sitting on the frame of the chair. When we complained, and sought repair via our warranty, they were hard to convince. Finally, they "repaired" the chairs, but the chairs didn't keep their cushioning either, and within a year were terribly uncomfortable.
I loved visiting this store for wonderful ideas. Great displays and all sorts of styles.
Not buying from them again.
The store is beautiful. The associates welcoming and knowledgeable. The style of furniture is transitional. Well worth the trip. Love the accessories too.
