I am currently experiencing what is the worst customer service I have ever had over an issue that should be a relatively easy fix. My boyfriend and I canceled an order for a foundation and I am still waiting for a refund. The staff is incompetent and keeps telling me the same thing, that their accounting department will look into it. Their lack of professionalism is disappointing. When I spend over $1,000 in a store, I expect customer service. I never received the product and all I want is a refund. Why is this so difficult for them? Bob's pricing may be great, but if there is a discrepancy with your order, consider yourself screwed. We are all better off spending the extra money and heading to a professional store with professional staff that have protocols and procedures in place to rectify customer issues. Lesson learned.
I went there today to purchase a couch and bed, I was pleasantly greeted by Al who was very professional and assisted me with my purchase. Met with Rebecca who was additionally very professional and knowledgeable. These two individuals along with the ladies who set up my delivery made my first purchase with Bob's incredible. They should be commended for a excellent job.
Awesome experience. We have visited this store before but never have we experienced such comfort and care as we have today. We met with Cliff, who is by far the best sales consultant on the floor. He understood our wants and needs and We couldn't of asked for more. He helped us find multiple items that helped accommodate our growing family. He was great with our children and made our rather large transaction seem almost pleasurable. Today, I'm a firm believer that every Bob's Store should have Cliff on their floor! All around amazing. Get this man a raise!
The two young men who delivered my mattress had their work cut out for them. My bedroom is very small and it was a challenge maneuvering the mattress in my room. They thought out the process and worked as a team before they charged right into it. I was very impressed with their professionalism and their concern for my home and my belongings. They are a great asset to team Bobs Furniture ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
FINALLY! An easy sales experience with no BS for a mattress purchase!! Our sales person was genuine, and good to work with. He didn't veer off of our course and made this an easy transaction.
