Would love to rate them lower than one. Calico Corners in another state was my go-to-place. But this store in Natick is just plain awful. I agree with another reviewer about the snobbery experienced there. Would not recommend anyone to go there, especially if you are a do-it-yoursefl person. They definitely say they like to deal with interior designers.
The staff are seriously snobby. They act like they are a class above you and only cater to the "regular" customers who are using interior decorators. The rest of us are treated like dirt. I will gladly travel to the Hanover store where everyone is treated the same and the staff is wonderful
