I always laugh at their commercials... I was lucky to meet the owners and they are just as great. There is a reason they have been in business for so long!

We checked out all the major furniture stores, and the only sofa we fell in love with was here. Sales people were helpful and patient, and delivery was timely. I thought about giving 4 stars because a loveseat was mistakenly ordered for us, instead of the chair we requested (I gathered all the information and placed the order by phone, and somehow didn't receive an email until the delivery was coming, when I caught the error). However, the salesperson was quick to correct the mistake, and offered us the use of the loveseat until the chair arrived. After receiving the sofa, we actually decided to make room for the loveseat, for the additional seating, and cancelled the chair. We love the sofa--the design, the fabric, the comfort--and would definitely recommend B & P.
Went to buy a mattress and no one was there to wait on me. I then went to their discount outlet next door and no one was there. It was around one PM and no one was there so I left.
