After today's incident, I have to say: "Good bye, AUSTIN LIQUORS, I'm taking my business 1 minute away from you, to bigger selection, better prices & more caring staff--"TOTAL WINES" down the street.
The owner/manger REFUSED to acknowledge me standing behind the glass door. When I pointed that I knew what I wanted, he just pointed at his watch (it wasn't 10pm yet).
While I have all the wonderful things to say about the cashier Ladies (always smiling & caring), the new management/ownership does not truly care about their clients.
I only go here for convenience, The beer selection is not good and the prices could-be better.

Today was a good day to prove how much they care. While I had a hectic day that started at 6am, I was looking forward to relaxing at 10pm at home with a glass of wine.
Great local liquor store conveniently located near intersection of RT 9 and RT 27. Good selection, friendly staff, reasonable prices.

I always get the same wine there & happened to pull up at the store at 9.58pm (according to my phone). There was still another person at the store & someone at the register.
