I walked in with intention of buying a new DJ mixer. After waiting almost a half and hour to even be acknowledged I began asking the difference between a few types of mixers. My questions were not answered well, I got several "I don't knows." I did not purchase anything because of this. I will have to do my own research and see what I can I find.
Hit or miss. Some of the staff is really knowledgeable and friendly, others are not so knowledgeable. Some good deals, but usually only big name brands in stock, nothing really unique. Most inventory seems geared towards beginners and intermediate players, save for the acoustic guitar section. They love to push warranties and after not purchasing one for a used amp that blew a fee weeks later, I can see why. Other than that, it's your average (and probably only) major corporate music store.

Nice selection and very friendly and helpful staff. I've purchased many items from the Natick store over many years, and have always had a good experience, including the very few times when I've had an issue or returned something. Highly recommended!
