Had issues at a different store and came to the natick location. Arrows that were cut(at a different location) were butchered and very unsafe to use in that condition. Michelle and Russel assisted me in making the arrows right. I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the job done.
Sales associate was very helpful and patient. He brought out many shoes before I finally settled on one.
Went looking for boots. Website said they had a wide assignment. When I got there the boots had been moved of into a corner with OMG a few remainders available

Not good experience! Had to ask twice for someone to help with soccer cleats! There were employees walking around store, but not helping anyone! The shoe area was a mess. Boxes all over. Did buy a pair of cleats but employee could not find the box they came in!
So I didn't asked his name.
Horrible customer service. No one picks up, put on hold 3 times for a common product availability question, then they just hung up the phone.. This phone experience is the same experience as the last 3 times I went to the store. The next time I go to this store will be the going out of business sale.
