You lost one of your best customers
Pandemonium at the cash register. Waited over 27 minutes for my quiche and then it was determined that the order had not gone through. No apologies. The quiche had great potential but was cold on the inside.
Why did you confront me all of a sudden when I had been doing the exact same thing for months and you had to have known about it? There's probably a better way to talk to one of your most loyal customers who always purchases items when he comes in to use one of your tables.
Huge improvement over the last owners and folks who ran the place, who were so mean! Food is pretty good, lots of bright clean space, a tad awkward to get around the tables because so many jammed in there (think thin, think thin!). Pricier but nicer than a Dunkin so decent tradeoff. I go at odd times so I don't have any complaints about it being crowded, no way in hell I would try it on a Saturday morning, I tend to avoid the entire downtown Natick area at that time, everyone is busy.
The portions where good, however the seating was a bit limited. It does get packed and is a bit pricey. We got a Cobb salad and a shaved steak sandwich and 2 waters, that came out to $31 approximately. The portions were good sized but was a bit pricey for the salad ($14). I would recommend this place but for budget spenders i'd say there are other places close by.
I keep trying this place to support local businesses. However, there is always an issue with my order or they're out of common products. Today, no skim milk; How on earth doesn't a coffee shop have skim milk? Additionally, my mocha latte has no mocha becuase they forgot it was a mocha.
