It calls it's self high quality Chinese food. But it's just high priced grade b. Not worth it. Small plates big prices Americanized Chinese at its finest level. The frozen product is better then the restaurant.
If I could give zero stars I would. Didn’t even get to try the food because service was so terrible. Manager came over to give a half assed apology and I was just so disappointed that we walked out. Waited over 20 minutes just for a server to greet us and take drink order. First time ever going to this place and will never go back.
Probably the most genuine Asian food chain around, id reccomend. The prices are a little high but it’s probably worth it.
Ugly food taste, ugly service, if you have some special diet, don't go there definitely.
This was the worst experience I've had in a restaurant in a long time. I sat at the bar and ordered takeout. I paid for my meal and my drinks. 45 minutes later, I asked about my food. They seemed surprised. Ten minutes later they brought my pad thai, and told me my soup would come in 7 minutes, and that a manager would bring it. 30 minutes later, the same bartender brought me the soup. The pad thai was cold. I had to ask for utensils. I asked for a manager, and she could not have cared less. I asked for a corporate contact where I could send a complaint, and she wrote a number on a napkin. Sadly, there were two people ahead of me asking to speak with managers. Classy place. Avoid this place!!!
