Mark has helped me twice in the last 3 days. Knowledgable and really cares about the customer. Thanks for the great advice and kindness. I've been sleeping on Tempurpedic for 10 years now and they make a quality product and stand behind it. Thanks Mark and Matt for your help over this busy holiday weekend. Looking forward to sleeping on my new mattress, and the pillows I added today.
Best mattresses and best pillows there are. Anyone who rates them lower than cheaper ones are simply doing it cause they're too cheap to buy the best... It's that simple.
I have purchased two mattress' here. The first almost two years ago was no problem. The second purchased in MY 2016 was extremely different I spoke to the manager he was able to find the name of the temperpedic we initially purchased. Also, I spoke to a salesperson. When my husband called several several days later to purchase the mattress he was rudely spoken to by a manager who stated he had no idea about any such inquiry.
Elite brand should have better customer service
They don't stand behind there warranty. I posted photos of my lux breeze they nothing is wrong. It's maybe 2 months old.
