Staff is helpful and friendly, public areas kept clean, rooms are standard for Courtyard. During my stay, the AC/heat unit in my room stopped working. I informed the desk - they were very polite and understanding and were able to put me in another room hassle free.
Nice at first, but slowly disappoints. When we checked it, the place was very neat. There were nice seating areas and a cool cafe. The service was rather bland, they did what they had to do. Very slowly. That was the front desk though, so I'm not quite sure what the cafe or other employee are like.
Hotel is ok. Rooms are big and spacious. Payments could be more transparent. Any time they charge for some amount they call incidental charges which is fine. But that all has to be informed to every customer. You have to ask front desk then they clarify. No safes in room. Had my stay on a pricier side around $180. Breakfast is not included in stay & is costly in their restro Bistro. Moustached guy at reception gives free Sarcasm don't know why though....
Starting with our reception at the front desk, my daughter and I had a great experience. The room was clean and pleasant, the cookies were warm and my daughter enjoyed them. Her doll loved the bed, too. Breakfast was pretty standard, and checkout was simple.
We payed $180 per night. Our room had one bed, a scratchy couch that became a pull out bed, tiny fridge, and bathroom. It was cramped and the only good thing were the excessive amounts of electricity ports. The room temperature control wasn't very good either.
There were no major issues. The elevators are a little slow. Our room's mini fridge didn't really get cold enough to be useable. Shower pressure and temperature were great. The lobby area is nice and sports were on some of the TVs, as a bonus. I stayed with my wife and 2 kids for 2 nights. The hotel is fairly close to some good places to visit for families.
