It doesn't surprise me that Tiffany's didn't make their projected quarterly earnings considering the quality of product, craftsmanship, and customer service are on the decline trend. I am surprised at the lack of detail and attention toward the customer, especially at the Natick location.
It is Tiffany's... Amazing jewelry but very pricey. No discounts. They actually have great customer service once you meet a salesperson and buy something. I have found that at all Tiffany location they do not seem to take you seriously until you pull out your wallet.
