Terrific Customer Service!! Needed an outfit for a very special occasion. I had been dreading the thought of the shopping process but fortunately I was assisted by Judy Mortner who made it fun! Found a great dress, shoes, wrap & jewelry! So happy with my experience! Judy took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered some great advice. THANKS!!
Store looked nice, and some staff were great. However, the manager was terribly rude. She just bossed everyone around, and did not show them the respect they deserve. I worked retail, and how the manager here treats some of the employees is unacceptable. The relationship between the boss and employee should be mutual respect, not one side bossing people around. For example she was demanding a girl to do tasks, but was using her hands to talk. Her hands were wailing in her face as she is rudely just telling her what to do. It was unprofessional and rude. You guys need to get your management straight. It doesn't look good for a manager to act this unprofessional especially at nordstrom.
While I love Nordstrom as company, the Natick store is a little more classic than some of the other stores I've visited. Great for basics but sometimes missing trends that I see on their website in store.
Limited parking. Going out of business soon. The only place I can get worms for my best friend's chameleon. Now they say they'll have them... but in Medford.
Great experience shopping there yesterday with grandson and daughter in law, very happy with purchases and staff. My grandson loved the fish tank while we were getting him shoes. I wish I could send you an awesome pic
