Both Jason and Sean went above and beyond. Their customer service was excellent and it was honestly a pleasure working with them!
I do not recommend this location due to lack of upkeep of facility and not paying good attention to vehicles.

Had the worst service at the Framingham satellite office today! Mgr arrived 25 minutes late for a 2:00PM appointment and made no apology. Another customer waited 45 minutes!!! Not good.
I got the only car they had (Kia Rio) and drove off. After I left the lot I noticed they oil change was way over the limit and the car was making a repetitive thumping noise from the front end. I went to work that night and in the morning I immediately called another location to change the car. When I went to get the gas filled up, the car died and need to be jumped.
Car was not ready on time. Once it was ready it was covered in a strong cologne smell and black grease. DON'T RENT HERE!
