This is my "to go" place to rent a car when I make my frequent visits back to see my son & his family & my friends. They are friendly & courteous . They will pick me up & drop me off at Logan Express or at my son's in Natick. It allows me flexibility regardless of my friend & family's work schedules.
Their rates are usually much lower than renting at the airport even with the added cost of the Logan Express.
I would rate them higher but they need to improve on little things . Twice in winter there was no ice scraper brush & they don't always have a full tank . This January the car I rented had a 1/4 tank gas when I picked it up. There are several gas stations nearby so it wasn't difficult to resolve. But on a cold day a full tank is much appreciated .
Rented a car from them last week for less than one day. They were supposed to reimburse me the remainder of the $300 they initially charged my card. One week later I had to call and remind them. Instead of reimbursing me the $233. 62, they charged me an extra $233.62. $533.62 to rent a car for less than 12 hours and with their mistake it will take up to 48 hours to get any of it back. Ridiculous!
My most recent experience with Enterprise (2 Wethersfield Rd, Natick, MA) has been great. I was picked up by an Uber to them from my office. They gave me an upgrade for a brand new 2017 Volvo S60! They came to pick up the car from my office at the end of rental period. The staffs are very polite and their services are great! Overall was excellent experience.
Friendly, & helpful. I use Enterprise every time I visit Boston, (at least twice a year). Always a good experience.
