We have used Ralph and Natick Auto Clinic for car and van maintenance. Have found him to be honest and great to deal with. Won't do something that doesn't need to be done.
My family and I have bought 3 cars here, done our maintenance and even had an engine replaced, and through all of it Ralph was honest, open and thorough in his work.
I have been using Ralph for years, he is honest and will not do work if it is unneeded. I have recommended him to many friends over the years and everyone has been pleased with him. Two different friends have purchased cars from him and were very happy.

Natick auto clinic is by far the best and the only shop that is actually a pleasure to deal with. Ralph has helped me and my entire family countless times through the years with our cars. Him and his son go above and beyond for their customers, and are the most trustworthy mechanics I’ve ever met.
This guy sold me a used car which e claimed bad a ton of work done and it was in excellent shape. I went to get the car and it would not start so he claims he put a new battery in it. Less than 300 miles later and the battery froze up and it also needed a new alternator. He refused to do anything about it as we had passed the 30 day warranty. He takes zero responsibility for cars he sells and has terrible customer service.
Bought a used car. Ralph is a good man to do business with.
They’re honest and truly care about their customers. You never get the feeling that they’re pulling the wool over your eyes, or trying to up sell/charge you for unnecessary things like most mechanic shops.
