Mike and the entire team at Metro West Subaru is amazing! I have leased 2 cars from there and would not go anywhere else. Mike is friendly, knowledgeable, and very prompt. He gave me his phone number and texted me updates about my car. When I had questions, he immediately answered and resolved any problematic situation. I trusted Mike and his team with giving me the right price for my car. I have gone back to Metro West Subaru multiple times for car repairs, questions, services, etc. and each time I am immediately greeted and helped. I would recommend Metro West Subaru and specially Mike Cerqueira to anyone!
I lease my vehicles and this is my 4th car from MetroWest Subaru. As a visiting nurse, I MUST have reliable transportation and Subarus are the BEST in all kinds of weather! Everyone at MetroWest, from sales to service to managers is professional, knowledgeable and friendly and never high pressure. I love knowing that my car is just one less thing I have to worry about! Just want to add kudos for my favorite salesman, for this and all of my Subarus, Josh Geller! I'm well taken care of, each time I visit MetroWest and, if you ask for Josh, you will be too!
Besides this when having my own car serviced they caused a foot long yellow scratch on my bumper. They didn't point it out to me. They did fix it finally, but it took over a month because they forgot to call me to tell me it was complete.
Stay clear of both sales and service
I was happy with my first two interactions, but have had horrible interactions with their service department. I'm guessing I'm not the only person who has struggled here since the entire service management team has turned over. I had hoped the issue here was strictly tied to maintenance, but unfortunately this experience show the entire dealership lacks integrity and ethics. They are short sided and do not value loyalty or the life long value of a customer. At the end of the day we were $900 apart. They lost my nieces sale, received this review, and any future recommendations or business from myself, girlfriend and niece.
Great experience buying my outback from metro west. They were able to price match from another dealer but best of all they were all so pleasant and accommodating throughout the buying process. In particular, David Spinney was wonderful. He went out of his way to help us when we could not get the plates on time. He not only dropped me back home but also picked me up to take me to the dealership. Amazing! Highly recommend them.
I bought a new car in August. I love the car, Subarus are great, but there are much better dealerships in the area. Some of the sales staff are good, but it's really hit or miss. Expect to have your phone calls not returned and to be treated rudely by the office manager.
I was given a good price via email from Dan and was excited to help my niece shop for a new car, until we showed up, were told this car wasn't in stock but the same model in a different color would be the same price. Then we test drove it. We asked Our dealer to see if he could do any better. He came back with Jeff who told us the price we were given was a mistake and the car would actually be $1400 more than the price they gave us (in writing and verbally in person). I'm not sure if this is illegal legal, but it is definitely tacky and bad business. I have bought two cars here and was helping my niece. They have no standard of honoring their own mistakes, the customer being right, or doing the right thing.
