Great Scott was super helpful today! I had a hard time with opening the master lock, if he hadn't helped me I wouldn't have known that it was jammed and one has to really pull to get it unlocked. I'm glad that he was willing to take the time to help me out, and he offered to put WD-40 (I think thats what it is called) on the lock so it would be easier to unlatch. Thanks again!
Great experience and service overall with All American Self Storage in Natick. Scott is very kind, helpful and accommodating. The unit itself is clean, spacious, is climate controlled and free of bugs. Would recommend to anyone needing storage space for a month, a year or however long they need.
Scott was absolutely incredible! I stored my things for the summer because I was moving around from my dorm to summer housing. Move-in was very easy and everyone there was always so willing to help. I also accidentally misplaced my key and I was able to replace the lock with no hassle. Scott took what could've been a very stressful situation (I had a flight the next morning) and took care of everything. Definitely recommend!!!!!!!
