I had a 5:45 appointment at Dellaria at the natick mall. I waited until 6:41 only to be told that the person who was supposed to be helping me would not be coming in. The young lady up front stated that her manager Donna never let her know that he had called out. She also went on to tell me that Donna is never reachable when she needs her. I left there without any sort of resolution. They did not even attempt to provide the service I came in for. I did not want free or discounted services. I came in for a hair color, I made an appointment. I expected to leave with a hair color completed. I left extremely disgusted by the way the employees talk about their management to customers and without any sort of resolution to the issue they caused. This is incredibly unacceptable.
No no no. Not a place for an updo hairstyle. I strongly don't recommend. I thought that maybe it is a salon in the mall so the hairstylist are professionals ah misconception. Although the hairstylist are SOOO friendly but you can't really call them hairstylist. I went in for an updo for a bridal photoshoot. I got Ana. She kept blaming my hair that it is thick and that she had to section it alot and take small hair segments at a time to style it. There was a time when I told her the sides don't look equal -she said-they're not supposed to look equal!I was like WHAAAT? I kept quiet and nodded i need this day to end well bcz I have a photoshoot. She uses alot of hair spray and says your hair is thick and heavy Hair spray makes it hold longer maybe true but I insisted she doesn't spray alot or I'll look like walking with a shining glass on my head and with less Hair spray YES MY HAIR DID NOT FALL. It's only how you style it. Ugh I went out wanting to cry. Don't enter Dellaria.

Hi earlier today I went to Ulta Beauty to get my hair cut (mind you I scheduled my appointment yesterday for 11am with a girl name Kelsey) and I've been living in Framingham for a while but didn't trust any hair salons around this area since I'm so used to going into Boston. I get there a few minutes before they opened (at 11am) and was told she called in sick. I did not get any phone call or email or even a notice about this and drove 10 minutes for disappointment and a very rude replacement named Adam. Who in fact also told me he was "booked" and could not take me till 2pm (Outrageous). I then called Dellarias and quickly was scheduled for a walk in appointment for a quick cut at 11:30. I found myself more than satisfied with a woman named Katie. She was so helpful and entertaining. Not only did she take her time but she made me feel welcomed as well as conversing about any and everything since I had mention I was moving down to South Carolina. She did an outstanding job for someone who only had 30 minutes to give me. I fell in love with my hair instantly. This is the service any female needs while being assisted in hair care which a professional. I give her 5 stars all around. Thank you Katie, hope to see you soon!
My daughter, Kelsey, went in on Saturday for a cut and bayalage with Danielle. I wish I could give negative stars because this is horrible. The color was so uneven in the back that she had to go back and have it fixed. When she did go back, the same day, Danielle proceeded to spill toner all over her shirt. My daughter asked her to fix the cut in the back as well by adding a few more long layers. The layers came out looking like steps in her hair. You could see every line and nothing was blended. I guess there was a reason that Danielle did not show her the back of her hair when she was finished, either time. We will never return.
