Awful customer service. My husband and I saw a cute guinea pig and wanted to hold on to see if it would be a good pet for us. I asked the lady that didn’t even seem like she wanted to be there if I could hold the guinea pig. She made a face and said “well, are you interested in buying one today?” I replied “well, no we are still deciding—“ she cuts me off and says “because I can’t let you hold one if...” I don’t even remember her entire phrase because my husband and I felt like a bother and felt extremely disappointed how we were treated. Won’t be coming back. I rather go to Petco or Petsmart since I know I will be treated well.
Amazing people very knowledgeable and I will never shop anywhere else for my two sugergliders. Amazing staff who truly care for thier animals before during and especially after the sale.
Horrible service from the minute we walked in. I asked where small animals were located and then had to go back to the front to get someone to begrudgingly come show them too us. If anyone is interested in bad service and unhappy stay this is the place.
Nice location, but the prices are a little outrageous. They do have a wide selection of reptile supplies which is the only reason I go in. But the prices are better at other places. Inside is nice and big and the staf is very friendly.
I very recently discovered this shop and i've already been in here multiple times to look. This place is awesome! I also work in a small pet supply shop, and i was very impressed with the stock they carried! I didn't see any of the "grocery store junk food" for pets, and only saw the highest quality foods. The only thing i could say needed improvement was the small animal foods, in which case there was a lot of kaytee, sunburst, sunseed, and vitakraft which are basically the equivalent or worse of feeding your pet mcdonalds every day. I really LOVED the selections of safe toys, (aside from kaytee of course) and i was actually jealous that your store was able to carry many of them, where as the one i work in only purchases from a select few suppliers. I loved that the animals were kept in good conditions as well, it was very impressive compared to big places like petco, although guinea pigs and rabbits should still not be kept in glass tanks. Leads to URIs. I also loved the cat area! All of those cats looked so happy and it looked like a cat heaven! Wish i had one in my house!
