I went to Leonard Morse this morning - routine mammogram. No one at the reception desk, so I politely asked the first person I saw wearing a white coat - "How do I get to radiology?" I wish I had noticed her name as she not only showed me the elevator, she took me right up to my destination. She certainly didn't need to do so, but she went way out of her way with a smile. Then, radiology where I was greeted with a smile at their desk. This made what is often a trying experience into something quite special. Kudos to the staff at Leonard Morse!

I took it because i was desperate, and what'ya know the giant lump in my throat which was preventing me from swallowing and making it hard to breathe went away.

in my opinion the ER's ive had the best experience with in this area would be (in this order); Beth isreal deaconess Needham, Newton Wellsley, Framingham union (while its the same hospital network, they are much more professional, although you're better off going to one of the first two)

This review is for the emergency room. I want to give them -10 if possible. The only thing they know is to give you pain killer and call your medical specialist. When the number cannot be reached, they kept me wait for 5 hours and eventually sent me home without doing anything useful. Totally USELESS.

I have never had this bad of an experience from an ER, Not even from their location in framingham.

Tried giving me lorazepam, which i refused since i knew it wasn't a panic attack. Then they gave me some pink stuff and refused to read me the inactive ingredients, and since i wasn't going to die if i didn't take it within 5 minutes, there was absolutely no reason they couldn't tell me, especially since it is my right.

And the worst part, when i left the hospital that night, it was put in the computer as a panic attack.

I am a nurse at the hospital. ..I am proud of the care we give

Told me that my (somewhat) allergic reaction to a new antibiotic was "just a panic attack"

I've always gotten great care from ER, testing, procedures, surgery to extended stay. Clean, comfortable, professional staff with great docs and nurses. Free parking, valet, and easy to get to!
