I have never encountered such horrendous customer service. After looking up this flower shop online, I noticed she had several negative reviews, from several years ago and recently as well. I am not sure how she stays in business, but she will never again have ours. We ended up calling Cauley's Garden Center in Leominster at 1pm and they had a gorgeous corsage made for $16 immediately. They stated any other florist not only would have refunded our money, but would not have changed the flowers -- red roses are available everywhere -- she simply should have picked up some from the local grocery store. Other reviewers stated the same -- that she could not fill their orders correctly due to not having red roses. Buyer beware -- do not waste your money here!

My husband ordered a simple red rose wrist corsage for our daughter last Wednesday for the Father/Daughter dance last night. When he went to pick the corsage up yesterday afternoon, the flowers were off-white with browned outer petals. When he asked the woman why they were not red, she simply replied that they ran out of red roses and took it upon herself to change the corsage. She refused to refund his $20 and instead offered a credit of $20 for a future purchase (which will NEVER happen). She stated that she will not take a loss on the flowers (2 roses cost her maybe $1.00) -- that they were beautiful.

English Garden made absolutely the ugliest corsage I have ever seen in my life for my son's prom date. First, the roses were set on a piece of white ruffly white fabric that looks like it's from a coffin. Then sparkly gold corded glitter was hot glued to the stems. Hot glue globs in plan site from all angles. I can't even describe how tacky it looked. I brought it home and asked a friend what she thought and she said that there was no way I could have my son present this corsage to his date and that it could be the laughing stock of the night. I frantically ran and found another florist to pull together a new corsage. I am so furious I paid money for it and it was not a cheaply priced. Also, I forgot to mention the white roses were brown and wilted. Do NOT go here for corsages.

Very disappointed by Thanksgiving arrangement; over half of the contents were artificial leaves/plastic berries. Flowers were poor quality, and container was tacky--like a supermarket plastic tray for vegetables. As a hostess gift, it was embarrassing.

After spending about an hour searching for beautiful flowers to send my sister, who was to be coming home from the hospital, I settled on English Garden. I submitted my order and was charged. A few minutes later I received a phone call from the store informing me that my order had gone from $32 to $44 because it was valentines day week. Nowhere on the site did I see that orders would be 10 or more for this week and when I submitted the order, there was no information that said I would be charged more. In fact, I even have an email confirmation of the original charge. This should be an embarrassement to that establishment and I am considering calling the better business bureau

Not a good experience. I should have checked out other reviewers before ordering from them. The flowers were half dead, very sparcely arranged and the accompanying sympathy card was completely eligible. Not a good choice for $100!
