Dr. Mordas has been my primary care provider for over 12 years and I trust her completely. She had diagnosed things that other doctors had missed or never thought to check. She has limited hours but she is worth it. I book my appointments well in advance and in case of something urgent they always accommodate me or offer an alternative. She is thorough, compassionate and keeps up with the latest research. 10 stars!
Dr. Mordas is a tremendous person; kind, a great listener and sometimes even a little tough - in the sense she will not back down from what she believes is right. I had a recent experience in this regard and as it turned out, after another consultation with another doctor, she was exactly right. Dr. Mordas and her staff are top notch.
I like Dr. Mordas and think she is a very good doctor. However, her office hours and communication are very difficult to work within. There is no email, there are abreviated office hours, and the answering service does not take messages regarding appoinment changes. If you have a difficult schedule that changes, the office manager is not at all accommodating and basically couldn't care. They are allowed to be busy, but patients are not. Very disappointing. Customer service does apply to doctor's offices- even if they don't think so. It is a shame that I have to give a poor rating to a doctor that I think is very good- this is only a rating on the office staff.
