Before I left the man told me that I needed to have "no complaints". I find this weird because it seemed as though they could have cared less about my car.

I have the unlimited wash which is great for weather here in New England. It cleans the outside of the car pretty well after one go, but sometimes I do need to go in twice to get it in better shape. They have great service, my car magnet got washed off my car and they searched and recovered it for me.
Good place, wish that the vacuum were free but it seems that only one of the scrubadub in Boston area have those free...
with no employees in sight. I took me ten minutes to find someone to help me. I specifically asked for the inside of my console and glove compartment to be cleaned, which wasn't done either.
Awful Experience. Dropped my car off at 1 for a Interior Detail and was told I could pick up anytime after 6. I arrived around 630 to find the office closed. I then walked around to the car wash to find my car left WIDE OPEN (trunk, doors...I drive an SUV) in the middle of the car wash line
They quickly and professionally take great care of my work truck. 100% satisfied with the interior exterior treatment.
