I had to get my front derailleur adjusted after trying to fix it myself for an afternoon. They were so nice at Laundry's! I had asked if I could watch them fix it to learn, and it ended up being a 3 minute fix. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They didn't charge me since it was such a fast fix, and I definitely recommend them to anyone needing bike adjustments!
This was my first visit to Landry's. The staff was amazing! Andrew got my daughter all set with a new bike. Chris hooked up my bike rack to the car- and showed me how to do it myself! Service for my bike was friendly and treated me like an equal and not a novice. So happy we found such a great bike shop!!!
I've always been impressed by their customer service -- not just for me, but from what I've seen while waiting in the service area. On multiple occasions I've seen them work with people who come in with "department store bikes", bikes that have been stored outside and allowed to rust, etc. and I've never seen anyone treated with anything other than respect & politeness. I'm a big fan of this store and I have brought several friends in to buy bikes from them.
Their Boston store has also treated me well on the handful of occasions I've been in there over the years as well.
Very helpful guys. I needed a small break cable clamp washer and could not find it anywhere. Checked amazon, ebay, etc - no one sells it. Landry's guy found one and gave it for free. Thanks!
