Their staff is limited so they could do a better job at handling phone appointments.
The worse phone experience... After 10 minutes of trying to speak with someone in my local branch I gave up.

Made an appointment to see the notary for a non-legal document on the BoA website. Took time off work to go there. Was on time. Was told that they couldn't notarize documents. Karen, got angry with me for questioning them. Not only that, she was unwilling to look into options at other BoA locations that actually could notarize a document. Left frustrated and angry. 1/5 stars for this location. I've been happy with BoA in the past though...
